This Privacy Policy is issued pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR* of the subsequent Personal Data Protection Measures, and describes how the data collected by Endurance Overseas Srl will be processed through the website www.enduranceoverseas.com through Alliance Software Srl's ALLIBO® RECRUIT Software and how.

Modalities of data processing and scope of data circulation

Purposes


The www.enduranceoverseas.com website provides functionalities that allow interested visitors to register and voluntarily provide their personal data for the following purposes:
Sending personal data and Curriculum Vitae (hereinafter "data") to Endurance Overseas (hereinafter "Endurance" or "Holder") through the use of Alliance Software Srl (hereinafter "Alliance") application products for any applications and expressions of interest in possible collaborations with Endurance;

Personal data collected 

The minimum data required are: first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail, current job, curriculum vitae and any presentation. The contents of the Curriculum vitae and the presentation are at the discretion of the candidate, who is asked not to provide sensitive personal data**. However, if the candidate considers it essential to provide sensitive data, implicit consent is given to the processing of the same.

The provision of such data for the purposes described in the previous section is mandatory for the purposes described. Failure to enter the data and / or any refusal to process will make it impossible for Endurance to carry out the activity of personnel selection.

All data collected will be processed by Endurance in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, purpose, quality, relevance and transparency established by the Privacy Policy, with electronic means of access reserved for staff only.

In all cases, the logical and physical security of the data and, in general, the confidentiality of the personal data processed will be guaranteed, putting in place all the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee their security, in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Law. The data will not be disclosed except as provided below.

Categories of recipients of personal data

 With reference to the previous purpose, the data collected are processed directly by Endurance, by electronic means with access restricted to staff only, exclusively to manage their personnel selection activities, in their capacity as authorized employees to process data (or so-called "processors");
The data collected are also processed by third parties who perform outsourcing on behalf of the Owner, in their capacity as data controllers. The data collected is acquired in electronic files on servers located within the European Union owned by and/or available to Endurance and/or Alliance, as data processor according to the contract signed, which stores the same data for the sole purpose of allowing Endurance to manage its personnel selection activities in complete autonomy and under its own responsibility. The data retained by Alliance is made available solely and exclusively to Endurance, to whom the Curriculum Vitae have actually been addressed, and in no case is it reused for any other purpose, nor is it disseminated or communicated to parties other than the legitimate recipients.
In case of request by the same, communicated to judicial or supervisory authorities, administrations, public bodies and (domestic and foreign).
Period of data retention

The data collected for the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph will be processed and stored for the duration of any professional relationship established.
From the date of termination of this relationship, for whatever reason or cause, the data will be kept for the duration of the prescriptive terms applicable by law.
In the event that no working relationship is established with Endurance, the data collected will be kept for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months.

Period of data retention

The data collected for the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph will be processed and stored for the duration of any professional relationship established.
From the date of termination of this relationship, for whatever reason or cause, the data will be kept for the duration of the prescriptive terms applicable by law.
In the event that no working relationship is established with Endurance, the data collected will be kept for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months.

Deletion, correction and updating of data


At any time, in accordance with Chapter III, Section I of the GDPR, the person concerned may exercise the following rights: 
Right of access - Obtain confirmation as to whether or not data relating to you are being processed and, if so, receive information regarding, among other things: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed and the retention period to which they may be disclosed (Article 15, GDPR);
Right of rectification - Obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her and the integration of incomplete personal data (Article 16, GDPR);
Right to erasure - Obtain, without undue delay, erasure of personal data concerning you, in cases provided for by the GDPR (Article 17, GDPR);
Right of limitation - Obtain the limitation of treatment from the Data Controllers, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (Article 18, GDPR);
Right to portability - To receive in a structured format, in common use and readable by an automatic device, personal data about you provided to the Holders and to ensure that it is transmitted to another Holders without hindrance, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (Article 20, GDPR);
Right to object - Objections to the processing of personal data concerning you, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Controllers to continue the processing (Article 21, GDPR);
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - Propose a complaint to the Authority Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza di Montecitorio n. 121, 00186, Rome (RM).

Such requests may be made, in accordance with the law, without any particular formalities. In order to ensure fast and accurate feedback, Endurance has required that they be sent by e-mail to: privacy@enduranceoverseas.com.
