A&S HU – Customer Service

The candidate we are searching for must have the following abilities:

  • Preparation of orders on beahalf of our customers and the transport companies who work with us;
  • Management of communications with customers, transport companies and recipients of a specific shipment;
  • Accurate monitoring of the shipments, from the departure to the delivery;
  • Communication with our customers, transport companies and recipients in case of unexpected events  (delays or advances with the shipments, change of the plates’ numbers, etc);
  • Management of the requests of the customers, transport companies and recipients;
  • Request of the necessary documents for a shipment (for example the delivery note- CMR-);
  • He/she must be able to work with Microsoft Office software;
  • Initiative, flexibility, creativity, precision and attention to detail are required;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • He/she must speak fluent italian
  • Ability to work on the phone and computer for extended periods;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
