Cannon S.p.A., with registered offices in Via Q. Sella 3, Milano informs you that in compliance with art. 13 of GDPR, the processing of your personal data, supplied by way of your Curriculum Vitae to our company, will be done automatically and manually with the finality of engagement and selection of personnel for the establishment of a labour relationship or collaboration with our company. The legal base of the personal data processing is the consent of data owner.
The confirmation of your data is necessary and a possible refusal on your part could impede the possibility to carry out the above mentioned activities.
Your data, which cannot be disseminated, could be forwarded to other companies within the Cannon group. Your data may also be forwarded to companies involved in managing the portal, also with registered offices outside the EEC.
Your data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the above indicated purposes but however for a period of time not exceeding four years.
The persons responsible for the selection of personnel may access your data exclusively for the above mentioned purposes.

We inform you lastly, that you may exercise the right outlined in art. 15 to 22 of GDPR, to obtain from the data controller, confirmation of the existence of your personal data and to allow, in such a case, the provision of this data. You may request information regarding the source of the data and the logic and the purpose of the process; obtain the cancellation of the data, the transformation of the data into an anonymous format or the blockage of the data processed in violation of the law, and the update, the correction of or, if in your interest, the integration of the same data; to object to, for rightful reasons, the process.

I declare that I have received the informative report from Cannon S.p.A. as per art. 13 of the GDPR and I hereby authorize the use of my personal data, including personal sensitive data as defined by the above-mentioned decree, within the limits and for the purposes specified above. I also authorize the use of my data for the above-mentioned purposes for as long as the Company deems it useful but not beyond the date of my request to cancel it from the data base.
