Cybersecurity & System Specialist Junior

Lo Specialista in Cybersecurity e Sistemi IT lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Cybersecurity e systems manager per rafforzare la cybersecurity aziendale e i sistemi IT.

Sarà responsabile di gestire gli incidenti di sicurezza, le chiamate di assistenza degli utenti aziendali per le varie problematiche relative alla cybersecurity e ai sistemi IT; implementare le strategie di miglioramento continuo della sicurezza in tutte le sedi e dispositivi, di promuovere la cultura della sicurezza tra i dipendenti.

Principali responsabilità includono:

  • Gestione e risposta agli incidenti di sicurezza
  • Familiarità con i metodi e le tecnologie di threat intelligence.
  • Supporto nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni di cybersecurity avanzate, inclusi approcci basati sull'intelligenza artificiale.
  • Sviluppo e gestione di campagne di sensibilizzazione alla cybersecurity, con un focus particolare sull'anti-phishing.
  • Collaborazione nelle attività di analisi e miglioramento dei processi di cybersecurity del gruppo
  • Assistenza agli utenti aziendali sulle varie problematiche relative ai sistemi IT
  • Identificazione e Revisione continua della postura di cybersecurity attraverso KPI

Requisiti:

  • Diploma di scuola superiore.
  • Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile di circa 2/3 anni, con una conoscenza approfondita delle tecnologie di sicurezza (Firewall, WAF, endpoint security, etc.) e delle pratiche di gestione degli incidenti ma anche dei sistemi IT come server, sistemi di backup, PC etc per poter garantire l’implementazione delle soluzioni in autonomia.
  • Competenze sui principali framework di sicurezza, con particolare attenzione agli standard ISO/IEC 27001 e NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • Competenze nell'uso di strumenti avanzati per la gestione della sicurezza e la risposta agli incidenti, senza limitarsi a specifici prodotti o fornitori.
  • Competenza nella gestione delle campagne di sensibilizzazione alla cybersecurity e nelle tecniche di anti-phishing.
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente internazionale e multiculturale, con una forte inclinazione al lavoro di squadra e alla comunicazione efficace.
  • Buona padronanza dell'inglese, sia scritto che parlato. La conoscenza di altre lingue rappresenta un vantaggio.

Why does Medacta process personal data? 

Medacta needs to process data to process your job application. 

In some cases, Medacta needs to process data to ensure that it is complying with its legal obligations. For example, it is required to check a successful applicant's eligibility to work in Switzerland before employment starts. 


Medacta has a legitimate interest in processing personal data during the recruitment process and for keeping records of the process. Processing data from job applicants allows Medacta to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidate's suitability for employment and decide to whom to offer a job. Medacta may also need to process data from job applicants to respond to and defend against legal claims.

Who has access to data?

How does Medacta protect data? 

 
Medacta takes the security of your data seriously. It has internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties.  


For how long does Medacta keep data? 

 
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, Medacta will destroy or anonimize your data after the end of the relevant recruitment process. If you agree to allow Medacta to keep your personal data on file, Medacta will hold your data on file for 2 years for consideration for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed. 


If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice. 

 

Your rights

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can: 

  • access and obtain a copy of your data on request; 
  • require Medacta to change incorrect or incomplete data; 
  • require Medacta to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing; and 
  • object to the processing of your data where Medacta is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.

What if you do not provide personal data?
