This information is provided to candidates applying for employment at Flamma S.p.A or its subsidiaries.
Under the current legislation on the protection of personal data, with particular reference to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") Flamma S.p.A., with registered office in Chignolo d’Isola (BG) via Bedeschi 22, cap. 24040 VAT Number, C.F. 03709030161 Tel. -39 035 4991811 www.flammagroup.com ("Company"), in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that your personal data collected for the purposes of personnel selection for the Company (as an employee, collaborator, stageur, apprentice, etc.) will be treated in full compliance with the applicable legislation, guaranteeing the rights fundamental that are recognized to you.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED:
By way of example only: name, surname, place and date of birth, residence, mailing address, telephone contacts, qualifications, work experience and any additional data you have entered in the curriculum vitae, included in the questionnaires that can be submitted to you during the interview, all the subsequent information you provide in connection with your request and any information obtained from third parts such as previous employers, other references, credit agencies, security companies and other sources from which we are authorized to collect such data as well as any notes taken by the Company during selection process.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED:
Data suitable to reveal, by way of example, the state of health (such as belonging to protected categories), racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, possibly contained in the curriculum or in any further documentation sent to the Company (for example letter of personal presentation). The processing of personal data for these particular categories is carried out in compliance with Article 9 of the GDPR.
DATA SOURCE:
The data is collected from you or from companies and / or platforms of head hunting or who in any case provide recruiting services, as well as professional networks to which the company relies (such as, for example, Linkedin, Indeed, ...), previous employers, other references, credit agencies, security companies and other sources from which we are authorized to collect such data.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT:
1. Purposes connected to the research and selection of candidates, as the evaluation of profiles compared to job positions researched from the Company and / or its subsidiaries, using the data provided for the contacts in order to schedule the interviews needed.
2. To verify, also through specialized companies, that the data provided corresponds to the truth by making use of public information (including profiles of social networks, professionals, databases, web registers or multimedia archives accessible to the public). The treatment of these data is limited to the professional attitude to work, necessary only to assess the specific risks related to the type of activities that shall be carried out by the candidates.
3. To keep the data for future selections for 3 years (if the selection for which you are candidate fails). The possibility of opposing such processing is reserved. In this case, data will be deleted at the end of the selection process for which you have applied. After 17 months from registration date, you will receive a request to update your personal data.
4. To comply with the obligations and the rights of the Company or the interested party envisaged by the legislation applicable in the field of labor law and social security and social protection, or by contracts collective, as well as provisions issued by authorities legitimated to do so and by supervisory bodies e control.
5. If necessary, to ascertain, exercise and / or defend the Company's rights in court.
6. Once the aforementioned storage terms have expired, the Data will be destroyed or made anonymous.
PROVISION OF DATA:
The provision is mandatory for the research and selection of personnel. Refusal to provide data does not allow carry out this activity and will not allow your application to be taken into consideration.
DATA RECIPIENTS:
The Data may be communicated to parties acting as independent holders or processed on behalf of the Company by persons designated as data processors, to whom are given adequate operating instructions.
SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED FOR TREATMENT:
The Data may be processed by employees of the Company which have been expressly authorized by the Company or by the Data Processors and which have received adequate operating instructions.
Your personal data may be shared with individuals who typically act as managers of the treatment. As an example, technological companies that provide the platform for the uploading and managing resumes or maintaining the site; in this regard, it is specified that the Alliance Software Srl, based in Milan, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, because it provides technological services to the owner in the management of human resources.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION:
For all the purposes indicated in this statement, your data may be also communicated abroad, within and outside the European Union, with respect for rights and guarantees provided by current legislation, verifying that the country in question guarantees a level of adequate protection, or preparing appropriate contractual standards to protect the your data.
RIGHT OF THE INTERESTED PARTY - CLAIM TO THE AUTHORITY OF CONTROL:

Candidates have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
