Postdoctoral Research  

IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Postdoctoral Research fellow to join the lab of Immunobiology of Neurological Disorders, and unravel biological processes associated with multiple sclerosis, an inflammatory disorder of the central nervous system.

Main Activities:

• Analyze immunity during neuroinflammation in human and in the experimental animal model by in vivo, ex vivo and in vitro assays.

 We are looking for:

• The applicant will have a PhD in life science with a main scientific expertise in immunology, and will be skilled in histological, immunological and molecular techniques (e.g. immune cell separation and stimulation, flow cytometry, cytospin, immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy, proliferation assays, RNA extraction, gene expression and silencing). Fluency in English, problem solving attitude, independence in work organization and flexibility are expected.
