Privacy Information as per art. 13 of the Regulation EU 2016/679
As part of the candidate selection process it is necessary to collect some personal data from you, even information of a sensitive nature may be required. With this in mind, hereinafter is outlined information regarding the use of your personal data as prescribed by the current regulations concerning personal data protection.
Personal data processed
In particular, the personal data in question concern:
Name, address or other elements of personal identification, data relating to work, social security data, the curriculum of studies and work.
Data considered "sensitive"
On an eventual and exceptional basis, if the candidate voluntarily and without any solicitation by the Data Controller, provides within his curriculum vitae personal data falling within the category of "sensitive" data, according to the terminology of the Law (such as those capable of revealing the original racial and ethnic, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union; as well as personal data suitable for disclosing health status and sexual life), the Data Controller has the right to acquire such sensitive data, which will be used only for the purpose of addressing the application on the open positions more in line with the profile of the candidate.
In the cases provided for by the Law, the data Controller may subsequently and eventually request data related to health status in order to certify that the candidate belongs to protected categories, whose failure to provide the data may imply the impossibility to proceed with the verification of the conditions for the selection procedures, the recruitment and / or start of the collaboration and, therefore, to the eventuality establishment of the relationship with the Data Controller.
Purpose of the processing
The personal data acquired will be used exclusively for the carrying out of research, selection and evaluation of personnel in the interest of Eldor Corporation S.p.A. and of companies directly or indirectly controlled or invested in it.
Method of use of data
Personal data may be processed, as well as electronically, also with non-automated tools, and the processing is carried out only with operations, as well as with logic and forms of organization of data strictly necessary in relation to the above indicated obligations, tasks or purposes.
The data are collected, as a rule, from the interested party.
Circulation of data
The data may be used by staff of the Data Controller who has been assigned a specific role and to whom adequate operating instructions have been given in order to avoid losses, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing of the data. Your personal data will be made accessible only to those who, within the company organization, need it due to their job or hierarchical position.
The data may also be used by third-party companies that carry out instrumental activities on behalf of the Data Controller, as external companies that carry out recruiting activities on behalf of Eldor Corporation S.p.A. and companies directly or indirectly owned or controlled by it; the latter act as external data processors and under the direction and control of the Data Controller.

No communication or disclosure of data
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties nor will be disclosed to indeterminate subjects.
Data transfer abroad
Your data may be transmitted abroad and processed by third parties, located on the territory of the European Union and in non-EU countries for the performance of instrumental activities on behalf of the Data Controller; in this case, these entities act as data processors and the activity is subject to specific guarantees to protect personal data through the adoption of ad hoc contractual clauses.
Data retention times
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the fulfilments required for the selection of the candidate and in any case not beyond 3 years from their collection, except for the possible establishment of the work and / or collaboration relationship.
No need for consent
Your consent to the processing is not necessary as the processing concerns data contained in the curricula spontaneously transmitted by the data subject for the purpose of the possible establishment of a working / collaboration relationship. Likewise, for any sensitive data transmitted in the same manner by the data subject, for which consent is excluded by art. 26 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 and its subsequent integration and modification, paragraph 3, B-bis).
Data controller
The data controller is Eldor Corporation S.p.A., with registered office in Via Don Paolo Berra 18, 22030 Orsenigo (CO), Italy.
Data Protection Officer
The company does not use a person responsible for the protection of personal data (also known as Data Protection Officer "DPO"), because of it is not a public authority or public body, it does not exercise monitoring of data subjects, nor processes sensitive or judicial data.
Exercise of rights
At any time, you may have access to your personal data, obtain rectification or cancellation, or limitation of processing in cases provided by law, or may oppose their use in the presence of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or may exercise the right to portability of data, in the cases allowed, as well as obtaining the updated list of data processors.
We also remind you that you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data if you consider that your rights have not been respected or that you have not received a response to your requests according to the law.
