Main Activities:

•  Be an innovative leader and contribute to how projects are successfully managed and structured;
•  Manage the scrum process with the coordination of scrum teams;
•  Ensure the correct use of scrum processes & methodology;
•  Remove the impediments for the scrum team;
•  Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings;
•  Help the product owners to keep the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint;
•  Help the team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them;
•  Help spread best practices such as agile and lean;
•  Be part of an organization that feels as committed to its responsibility as much as to innovation.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree;
•  From 3 to 8 years of experience in IT projects/programs;
•  From 3 to 5 years of relevant Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment;
•  Great coaching skills and ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts, and methodologically Strong;
•  Experience working in large scale projects and in international environment and good methodologies;
  
•  Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence tools;
•  Fluent in English; 
•  Business Trips
