We are looking for a brilliant Sales & Business Development Manager who wants to join our innovative and dynamic environment to define and implement the sales and business development strategy.
Activities:
- Define and act sales and marketing plan
- Current and new market research and analysis
- Opportunity creation and solution identification
- Lead scouting and prospect management
- Strategic partnership opportunity negotiation
- Account management and collect customers requirements in order to refine commercial offer
Required background and technical skills:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Engineering
- At least 3 year of experience in sales & marketing positions
- Highly appreciated experience in the manufacturing sector
- Project management skills
- Optimal IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
Other skills and required characteristics:
- Proven sales skills and/or aptitude
- Problem solving ability and “can do” spirit
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle various tasks at the same time
- Team working attitude and communicational skills
- Curiosity, enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Availability to travel in Italy and worldwide depending on business need
- Fluency in Italian and English
